Tristan Lacroix was born in Périgeux in the Dordogne and known for his country scenes and sculptures.
Although it is not certain exactly when he was born, we do know that he obtained an honourable mention in 1883 and a bronze medal in 1889 for his paintings. For his sculptures he received an honourable mention in 1886.
His work can be seen in the Museum in Périgeux
